All prices for products and the additional costs of delivery, tax and other surcharges are shown in Dollar (USD). All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or parts of an order, and to discontinue products without notice. All prices are subject to change without notice.
ORDERS IN HANOI
Full payment must be made as cash on delivery (VND) for all orders in Hanoi. If the order is over 10 million VND, we require full payment to be made via money transfer on the same day as delivery.

ORDERS IN VIETNAM (OUTSIDE OF HANOI)
Full payment must be made in advance for all orders in Vietnam, outside of Hanoi. Shipping must be paid directly to the courier when the order is received. A cost estimate of the shipping will be provided by email or by telephone. There are two payment options, either by PayPal (preferred) or money transfer.

Once the order has been placed on www.vietnambeststore.com, an invoice will be sent from PayPal within 24 hours. It will include the total of products. The invoice will contain a link to PayPal for the payment to be made using your credit card. Shipping must be paid directly to the courier when the order is received. A cost estimate of the shipping will be provided by email.

Shipping Policy
Shipping in Hanoi
Shipping in Hanoi is available Monday to Saturday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Free shipping applies to deliveries with a minimum value of 100,000 VND and within Hanoi’s districts of Ba Dinh, Dong Da, Tay Ho, Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung, Thanh Xuan, Cau Giay, Long Bien and Hoang Mai. Once an order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm the delivery time. Any changes to delivery beyond our control due to unforeseen circumstances will be notified by phone.
Shipping in Vietnam (outside of Hanoi)
For shipping in Vietnam (outside of Hanoi), we use VNpost Express. Shipping costs must be paid directly to the courier when the order is received. We will give you an estimate of shipping costs prior to your order’s arrival.
Shipping for international orders
For international orders, we use Vietnam Post and UPS service. Please see the schedule of rates (in Vietnamese) for international orders. We will provide you with a quote for shipping and add it to the cost of your order. The combined amount will be sent to you for payment by PayPal. Please note that delivery charges do not include relevant customs duties or taxes that may be incurred, and these charges are payable by you. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Processing
We charge shipping based on the weight of the package.
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days (Monday – Saturday) after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier. We ship worldwide. The shipping costs are depending on the total weight of shipment and the destination. Our shop system calculates the total weight of your package during your shopping process, which can be viewed in the shopping cart.
We ship until 20kg, you want to order larger quantity please contact us before.
We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Packages for shipping are well protected and wrapped.
We offer overnight and express shipping. However, it is not available online. Please contact us via email at support@vietnambeststore.com and we will be happy to help you with that.
We cannot be responsible for timing or delays related to VN Post or UPS. Therefore, we do not refund your money because of lateness related to VN Post or UPS services. Under normal circumstances, we will not refund money if delivery problems occurred after we sent the package. The exceptions are lost packages and damaged contents of the package.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. The shipping time excludes our processing, packing and handling time; this is usually 1 business day but will not be longer than four business days.
2. Business days are Monday through Saturday. Sunday are weekend days; there is no processing of orders on these days.
3. Orders placed on Sunday are processed and shipped out in 2 to 4 business days next week.
4. If you choose a faster shipping method like UPS Priority Mail, it does not mean that we will prioritize processing your order in any way. It will be processed in the usually way unless you contact us before or at the time of your order and make special arrangements for prioritizing.
5. UPS service is faster than VN Post services. But fee shipping of UPS service is expensive than VNpost service. Time shipping of UPS is 1-7 days, depen on destination. Time shipping of VNpost is 7-20 days, depen on destination.
